Mary Cornetta-Brown has over 19 years of experience as an organizational development specialist, leadership transition coach and consultant. Utilizing her extraordinary communication skills, her ability to harness the energy of large groups of people, and her strategic partnerships with other consulting firms, Mary ensures successful transitions for change within organizations.

Mary also provides executive coaching with backbone and heart - she gives her clients a systems approach to their challenges while taking advantage of her ability to easily connect with people.

Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, universities, non-profits and venture capitalists. No matter the client, Mary's approach and programs are effective in organizations that are committed to change for the better.

Mary has taught her popular leadership development programs at various universities around the country.

Prior to her consulting work, Mary was the Vice President of Human Resources at International Data Group, a leading global provider of information services on information technology.

Mary holds a degree in psychology from Boston College and received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bentley College. She is also a certified professional executive coach having earned that through a 2-year graduate level program - the only one in the northeast USA. She is involved in a variety of non-profit activities that further the role of leadership for young people.

Mary's experience in coaching combined with her education and personal style provides her clients with the confidence that they are working with a seasoned professional.
